House Judiciary Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Oh.) is blowing the lid on Facebook corruption, having tweeted what he described as “smoking-gun docs” proving that Facebook colluded with the Joe Biden White House to censor Americans.
In a lengthy social media thread, Jordan unpacked the so-called Facebook Files, which, like the Twitter Files, are loaded with once-internal documents showing that Facebook broke the law and conspired with the federal government to overrule Americans’ First Amendment right.
“Never-before-released internal documents subpoenaed by the Judiciary Committee PROVE that Facebook and Instagram censored posts and changed their content moderation policies because of unconstitutional pressure from the Biden White House,” Jordan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter (but are they still called tweets or is it Xs now?).
“During the first half of 2021, social media companies like Facebook faced tremendous pressure from the Biden White House – both publicly and privately – to crack down on alleged ‘misinformation,'” Jordan continued.
“In April 2021, a Facebook employee circulated an email for Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and COO Sheryl Sandberg, writing: ‘We are facing continued pressure from external stakeholders, including the [Biden] White House’ to remove posts.”
(Related: Facebook’s upper ranks, along with those of Twitter, are overwhelmingly infiltrated with federal agents posing as “employees.”)
An April 2021 email shows that Nick Clegg, a Facebook executive and head of global affairs at the company, actually informed his team that a Biden regime senior adviser was “outraged” that Facebook did not remove a particular post, which contained a meme of actor and climate change fanatic Leonardo DiCaprio pointing at a television set along with the caption:
“10 years from now you will be watching TV and hear … Did you or a loved one take the COVID vaccine? You may be entitled to …”
You read that right: the Biden White House was upset about political satire, also known as a funny meme making fun of the fact that Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” are deadly, and that everyone affected by Operation Warp Speed might soon be able to sue for injuries and damages.
At the time, even Facebook said enough was enough and told the Biden White House that to remove the meme “would represent a significant incursion into traditional boundaries of free expression in the U.S.”
Meanwhile, the Biden senior adviser in question, whose name is Andy Slavitt, was all worked up about the DiCaprio meme to the point that he “disregarded the warning and the First Amendment,” according to Jordan.
“What happened next? Facebook panicked,” Jordan stated about the matter. “In another April 2021 email, Brian Rice, Facebook’s VP of public policy, raised the concern that Slavitt’s challenge felt ‘very much like a crossroads for us with the [Biden] White House in these early days.'”
In order to “repair its relationship with the White House to avoid adverse action,” Facebook ultimately caved to the Biden regime’s demands by agreeing to censor some content in accordance with its demands.
“Given what is at stake here, it would also be a good idea if we could regroup and take stock of where we are in our relations with the [White House], and our internal methods too,” a Facebook staffer wrote in an internal document.
Later, in July of 2021, Biden himself publicly denounced Facebook and other social media platforms, claiming they were “killing people” by not censoring enough “misinformation” about covid jabs.
“On August 2, 2021, Facebook admitted it was going to change its policies because of pressure from the Biden White House,” Jordan says about what happened next.
